Cleaning Poem

I asked the Lord to tell me

Why my house is such a mess.

He asked if I'd been 'computering',

And I had to answer 'yes'.

He told me to get off my backside

And tidy up the house

And so I started cleaning up...

The smudges off my mouse.

I wiped and shined the topside.

That really did the trick....

I was just admiring my work..
I didn't mean to 'click.'

But click, I did, and oops I found

A real absorbing site.

That I got SO way into.

I was into it all night - SIGH

Nothing's changed except my mouse

It's very, very shiny.

I guess my house will stay a mess...

While I sit here on my hiney.

A layout for a LSBS comp

Titled: Sweetheart.
Sweetheart you are as beautiful today as you were yesterday and will be even more beautiful tomorrow.

A layout

This afternoon I completed a layout with a pre-prepared background paper.  I spent 7 minutes from start to finish cutting out the flower, and rest of the time poking holes for the brads.

The layout is of my mother's parents and some of her siblings at "The Pines" in Hervey Bay, where my family camped for 30+ years until the council closed it.

Oh my GOSH my own Princess Castle Birthday Cake

My very dear friend Sandra made this beautiful cake from scratch just for me (to share with my friends of course) last Friday night.
Blowing out my 27 candles.
